Character building through developing long term habits…
Through many years of spiritual exploration, growth, and painful perspective shifts I endured, I’ve developed a system to turn desired character traits into long term habits. This allows you to put the control of your subconscious back in your hands. Learn the language of your subconscious. What is it trying to tell you about your life?
Learn to access the control center of your existence. The central nervous system is controlling your body movement and storing past memories of pain and trauma. The subconscious mind continuously plays the same audio track on repeat until you purposely take control of the remote. The subconscious mind is the eyes and ears for the central nervous system. By focusing attention on the body, with loving intentions, we can begin to reverse the negative state-of-being we find ourselves in.
Through my research, I’ve discovered a heightened state of awareness and connection to my body. When I drop into these moments, my body begins to respond by vibrating a emotion of safety from being judged. I find, its the best environment to feel safe enough to begin to open up and look inside. When the emotion is too strong energetically, the person can experience backlash when a removal of negative energy is forced. The person needs to have time to visit these uncomfortable places at their own pace.
My technique allows me to empathically connect to your central nervous system. I begin to see images and scenes. Which tell me what’s causing the pain, physical health or emotional wound? When we can’t get over an emotional wound, our body is telling us this event caused the pain. We normally continue to fuel the memory with the same pain the event causes. When the body is saying, this is what you have to go back and look at with more focus. The central nervous system is telling us to get over it, because it’s hurting the infrastructure from moving forward to the next evolutionary cycle for the body. Constant stress is the cause of dis-ease.
Which, through my own personal struggle to rid my life of the negative energy preventing happiness. I’ve cultivated my ability through my life long practice in countless hours of deep state meditation. Heightening my sensitivity to intuitively interpret the language our body responds in. Everyone experiences occasional strange dreams that seem to have a deeper meaning. I’ve learned, these types of dreams stopped once I shifted my perspective of the event that caused the wound.
